Natalie Bryan - Founder, P.E.A.R.L. Inc.

From a young age, Natalie Bryan has been devoted to serving her community and advocating for others. After completing her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Early Childhood Psychology, Natalie went on to complete her Master’s in Social Work at Adelphi University. She spent the following 15 years working as a Child Protective Services Worker for the Department of Social Services in New York. It was this role, and her experience with the young victims of sexual abuse, that had the most sincere and profound impact on her. Natalie felt called to spread awareness about the epidemic problem of abuse in all forms, and to empower others to take a stand against it in their own community.

Natalie believes that strong communities begin with strong, healthy families. P.E.A.R.L. Inc. was developed to help address the issues of abuse by educating the community as a whole. The issues of abuse - and of sexual abuse in particular -are often uncomfortable to discuss, but the lack of open and honest conversation can lead to a lack of resources for those affected by it. The programs currently in development within P.E.A.R.L. are designed to provide families and children with the tools they need to recognize, prevent, and rebuild from abuse.

Natalie Bryan lives with her family in Augusta, GA. She founded P.E.A.R.L. Inc. in 2016 with the purpose of serving and strengthening her community.
