Founder, P.E.A.R.L. Inc.

Natalie Bryan, LCSW, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years in the health and human services field and a five-time best-selling author deeply committed to community service and advocacy. Armed with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies, concentrating in Early Childhood and Psychology, she continued her academic journey, earning a Master’s in Social Work from Adelphi University. Over the next 15 years, she worked in Health and Human Services for the Department of Social Services in New York, with many of those years dedicated to Child Protective Services. It was in this role, particularly through her work with young victims of sexual abuse, that she experienced the most profound impact. This experience inspired her to raise awareness about the pervasive issue of abuse in all its forms and to empower others to take a stand against it in their communities.

Natalie's multifaceted career spans roles in case management, child protective services, mental health clinical services, and dedicated work with veterans. As the owner of Restoring Harmony Counseling and Consulting, she provides a space for families to restore, reconnect, and reengage. Additionally, Natalie is the visionary founder of P.E.A.R.L. (Providing Education and Advocacy to Rebuild Lives), an organization addressing critical issues such as child sexual abuse, human trafficking, and mental health in the community.

Natalie believes that strong communities begin with strong, healthy families. To address issues of abuse and mental health, she developed P.E.A.R.L. Inc., aimed at educating the community as a whole. The stigma surrounding abuse, mental health, and trauma often makes these topics difficult to discuss. However, without open and honest conversations and education, those affected may lack necessary resources. The programs currently being developed within P.E.A.R.L. are designed to equip families and children with the tools they need to recognize, prevent, and recover from abuse and trauma.

Beyond her clinical practice and advocacy, Natalie contributes as a news contributor on Fox 54, bringing her expertise to a wider audience. She serves as the appointed representative for the Augusta region to the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), further exemplifying her commitment to fostering positive change in the community.

Natalie Bryan lives with her family in Augusta, GA. She founded P.E.A.R.L. Inc. in 2016 with the purpose of serving and strengthening her community.
